Robert with a shopping trolley: A rare sight!

We went shopping yesterday for all the consumables Robert needs to take with him... And there is a lot!

We first stopped at the chemist's and left with a huge bag of medicines (including a suture kit...) in an attempt to be able to cure any sorts of sores and illnesses that may araise. A huge thank you to Dr. Ferguson who took the time to think about the trip and all the dangers that may occur.

Then Pick n' Pay... Spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghetti and more spaghetti... Also lentils, sugar, coffee, oats, Bully beef, olive oil (to drink!!!!) AND batteries!!!!!! 60 of them!!! Hoping that it will actually be enough for the GPS to be able to work the whole time...

2 huge bags of groceries are now ready to be packed into waterproof bags and then into the kayak, hoping that there will be enough space and that the weight won't be too much...
